This company is totality unacceptable, my item was supposed to be delivered by the 10th Jan, I am still waiting, I phoned Yodel on numerous occasions to no avail, I gave them all the information about my item, they could not tell me where my item was, it seems that they do not communicate between themselves, and they certainly do not communicate to the customer, I could go on and on, my advise, give Yodel a wide birth.
