Excellent!

I became increasingly disillusioned about poor interest rates in meagre savings accounts, ISAs, etc and wished to speculate in smething that was relatively 'safe' for the future. Gold fitted the bill. I started with BullionVault in May 2011 and have found them to be very professional, prompt and answering questions and extremely courteous. I tend to use their 'chat live' service to resolve queries and have never spent more than 5 minutes online with a full answer as a result. Their monthly storage charges are extremely modest. If only my pension provider was as cheap!
