MicroDream Limited

MicroDream - NOT a nightmare!

Buyers are naturally sceptical when distance-buying any product. Our small charity badly needed a replacement computer - we were operating Windows 98! Budgets are tight so we set ourselves a top figure of £250 and researched the 'pre-new' market - posh version of second hand. Amongst others, MicroDream emerged as a possible contendor. The first thing I ever do when distance-buying anything is to Google the name of the supplier followed by "complaint", both in inverted commas for 'linking'. Only one 'complaint' emerged from Webutation [Microdream = 90/100 score] and not a single review - good or bad! - on Reviewcentre. We took the plunge, ordered a relatively high spec computer and waited - all of 48 hours! The computer arrived promptly and well packaged with a very acceptable new keyboard and cables for an additional £6.99. We came well under budget with nearly £100 to spare! Set up was a breeze and we are delighted with our new "addition" to the office. I would highly recommend MicroDream. Solid, straightforward service at a very acceptable price. When you distance-buy any product, the vendors live and die by their subsequent reviews. See if YOU can find any more complaints about MicroDream - I couldn't!

BullionVault

Excellent!

I became increasingly disillusioned about poor interest rates in meagre savings accounts, ISAs, etc and wished to speculate in smething that was relatively 'safe' for the future. Gold fitted the bill. I started with BullionVault in May 2011 and have found them to be very professional, prompt and answering questions and extremely courteous. I tend to use their 'chat live' service to resolve queries and have never spent more than 5 minutes online with a full answer as a result. Their monthly storage charges are extremely modest. If only my pension provider was as cheap!
