Wanted to rate it as zero stars, but you cannot do that. This 'delivery' company are the worst ever! My parcel came on the day before it was supposed to come, so missed them. They left a card, so I went on-line to the website I was told to go to, and re-booked for the following Tuesday (a day that suited me as I knew I'd be in all day). You guessed it - no delivery! When I went back to the website it asked me to put my parcel number in again, when I did, it gave me two options - book a delivery or pick up from depot!!! It says that if you enter the parcel code you can track your parcel....well, that wasn't what happened when I put in the parcel number. SOOOO annoyed - cannot afford to take days off work to wait for a parcel that may or may not arrive.
I will not order from any business that uses this delivery network again!
