When i was on vacation, the edge of the dock connector inside it broke after i took the cable out as usual. I thourght - Apple is great! I will just send it in for a repair when i get home. If it was just meant to be so easy. I send it in for repair and got a SMS some days later which told me that the iPad has been physically overloaded and that i can chose to pay DKK 6312,50 for a replacement (64gb 4G (which cannot be used in denmark) orriginal price DKK 5999). I mean if i pay 6312,50 (which is quite a weired number - isn't it?) i will get a whole new iPad. But if i want the ipad back brooken without any cost and then buy a new one inside the same store i will save DKK 313,50 and then have a new AND a brooken iPad. Is this a bad joke er what? I got my iPad back with the impression that Apple is not the place to go next time :-( And now two months later they announce the "Incredible new LIGHTNING dock connector". I really hope that it's also just a bad joke, but unfortunally not :-(
There have been a problem once, which was solved instantly!
Skulle bruge hurtigere internet forbindelse på min mobil = damen i telefonen fortæller at en planlagt fordobling af hastigheden sker om to dage. Jay :-) Bortset fra at jeg ikke kan huske hvad hun hed, så alle i kundeservice skal bare have stor ros !
Billigt mobilt bredbånd til iPad = Nilas A. fortæller at eksisterende kunder får kr. 100,- rabat når de køber mobilt bredbånd på årlig basis og at han sørger for at der bliver sendt micro-sim afsted istedet for normalt simkort. Kundeservice der gider tjekke post der allerede er sat til at blive sendt afsted er altså bare for seje ! Keep up the good work!
Kan kun elske mit mobilselskab (dette er så CBB - hvis altså man skulle være i tvivl :-) )
Og priserne er foresten heller ikke til at beklage sig over ! :-)
