I bought a French Connection Dress at the end of Nov 2011. Returned it and got an email from YOGOEGO to say the received the dress back and I would have a refund in 14 working days.
Well the 14 working days passed no refund, rang the company and no answer- until one day a man answered the phone and said because they were so busy with the xmas rush it was taking longer than usual to process refund (LIES!!) and he took my details saying someone would be ringing me back about this (LIES!!)
Heard nothing back until I got an email at the end of Dec from a women called Lisa Dean to say that someone from Finance would be looking into this when back on the 3rd Jan (LIES!!).
Sill no response, then got an email on 6th Jan stating my refund was being processed (LIES!!).
It has went on long enough- we need to take action!!
