Slow, items often not in stock
Have now tried ordering three times from the Hut. First two times the item turned out not to be in stock even though listed on their website. They never got one in either.
Third time item was again not in stock and had to wait for their suppliers. Item did eventually arrive a wekk later. Was cheaper than Amazon though.

How customer service should be.
John Lewis operate to a level that others can only imagine to match.
Knowledgable, helpful staff. Quality products at competative prices. All you want really.
Internet, and telephone orders disptached efficiently (and normally free delivery).
PRC Direct
Cheap and fast.
The TV was cheaper than elsewhere, and they dispatched the goods very efficiently with confirmation emails regarding delivery.
The TV delivered though was of a slightly differing spec to that advertised. When I pointed this out to them were grateful for the information and followed it up.
Customer services followed up my complaint and rang me back to apologise and made a financial recompense for the fact I had a slightly differing spec on my Telly.
I would recommend PRC.
