The worst company ever to deliver your shopping. Two consecutive orders, one no-show and one call at 5 minutes before dealine to say he's gonna be 90 minutes late.
The first time, the driver called to say that he'd lost the van keys, promised the delivery within 2 hours and never showed at all. No call to say sorry, no call from anyone.
The second time, the driver called 10 minutes before the deadline to say he was running 90 minutes late because of some reason or another at the depot and "did i want it or not?".
Don't even bother calling the customer service centre as they are based in South Africa and dont have a telephone number for the Enfield Depot. They are clueless. Asda may well be the cheapest store to shop at but dont rely on their home delivery service.
Finally, allow an American bohemith like Asda WallMart to open in the UK and then sub the customer service to South Africa. UK not good enough????
