Reliable service
i used this store a lot for books that were unavailable or too expensive from other book stores. it was always reliable delivery varied as the books came from different sellers but it always generally informed you of this in the description. if you need a book urgently (as in the next couple of days) this website is probably not for you but i've not had too many problems

play good?
I buy a lot of video games and have used play on many occassions and I must have all the bad luck here because they are not that great.
I ordered a preorder game and I did not see any signs of it being dispatched, the release date came and went. I called up a week later to ask where my item was to be told that they had a late shipment from their suppliers and that it would be sent out that same day.... four days later I'm still waiting for my account to say item sent!! I ring up again and wasn't told anything really but I just think it's ridiculous that I didn't receive my item on the release date and play didn't even have the courtesy to inform me.
This is not my only bad experience with them but I must say the worst thing that annoys me about this company is the customer service you can't speak to anyone who is willing to help they just tell you to email in to a generic email address then you just get an automated email 3 days later that is automated and is of no help at all.
I also don't like the fact that when an item says 'usually dispatched within 24 hours' it never is and it never arrives within a week of me ordering it.
All in all totally bad experiences for me and I'm not really sold on this company even if it is widely known.
I think I'm being nice giving them two stars to be frank

This shop is really good
I found this company to be really good the prices were really cheap for the camera i brought and when I had a few queries about my product I was able to talk to someone promptly. Excellent customer service and my camera arrived as promised. I'd buy from them again
