ON THE 2ND OF JAN, I ORDERED 3 ITEMS AND ON THE 10TH OF JAN I RECIEVED 2ITEMS, 1 WHICH WAS FAULTY.
I PHONED AND EMAILED OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
THIS MORNING I RECIEVED A REFUND FOR THE ITEM THAT THEY DID NOT SEND ME! BUT STILL HAVENT RECIEVED A REFUND FOR TE FAULTY ITEM THAT I SENT BACK.
I HAVE REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO WATCHDOG, I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD DO THE SAME, I ALSO TOLD MY BANK & THEY SAID THEY COMPANY HAVE RECIEVED NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS IN THE PAST.
CHECK YOUR ACCOUTS. I HOPE I STILL GET MY SECOND REFUND. NEVER BUYING FROM THERE AGAIN.
