I'm new to twitter and found 31 Dover from a competition they were holding. I love Gin. I wanted to win! So I tweeted and they offered me £10 off voucher for my first order. I immediately bought a bottle as world Gin day was coming up, but my voucher code didn't work, so I emailed them. Their service was superb, intimate and very quick. I received a reply and new voucher code within 10 mins. 10 mins later the Gin was bought and I received it just in time to celebrate. I loved the service and I am an advocate for good quality customer care- it doesn't take much does it? Anyway I will buy from 31 Dover again, just need to wait for the pay cheque. They have a great selection of booze and have some great recipes for cocktails as well which I plan to try out when I hold a party in 2 weeks time. I will also retweet these recipes for my followers.
I was worried about buying from an online retailer but felt more at ease when I read the plentiful reviews on their website. The website was easy to navigate, I knew exactly what I wanted and found it easy to find. I was thrilled with the prices and the level of customer service and professionalism was fantastic. My bed was chosen, bought and delivered within 3 days. Despite there being no reviews on the mattress I had chosen, I still went ahead and took the risk and I am glad I did because it was perfectly described. I do feel like I am sleeping on a cloud. I am so pleased with my bed and extremely satisfied with my retail experience with mattressman.
