Product and delivery information is fantasy

The product I ordered specifically stated that delivery would take place next day from my order. Not only did this not happen, but I received an email on the 14th telling me that delivery would take place "within 5 working days".

I only ordered from them on the basis that I could receive my order next day. I contacted their customer support who were completely unhelpful - they just kept repeating the "within 5 days" line and that I could return the product when it eventually replies.

Avoid if you need anything quickly or expect reasonable customer service.


Awful - They don't even try to deliver

Three times in the last month I've waited in for parcels to be delivered by Yodel and three times I've had to chase them for their whereabouts.

Edit: Now I'm up to four, as Firetrap don't specify a delivery company and of course Yodel don't bother to even try to deliver. And again just more lies from their customer service. I'll just cancel the order rather than deal with these incompetents again.

Their online tracking claims that no one was home to receive the parcel and a card was left in each case. However, no attempts were made at delivery and no cards were left and I'm left emailing them to find out exactly where my items are, since they do not provide a phone number to contact them.

Think twice before ordering anything from a company that uses these for delivery.

Zero communication, extremely slow order proces

The order process is extremely slow (when ordering online); they'll process your order when they feel like, which can take days. They'll then take payment and leave you hanging about when your order will arrive.

Awful communication, and awful service - best avoided as there are many far better A/V retailers out there.
