Charged twice and still no refund

I placed an order early dec for My Keepon for £23.99. Received the order some days later which was great, but checked my credit card bill and I was charged twice on 12th and 13th Dec. I sent them a message to which they replied saying the refund would be given and it would take 7 working days.

Today its 18th Jan 2012, I sent two more messages later, still no reponse and no refund back into my credit card account. How much customer service am I getting here?! None and I doubt I would get my money back.

Be aware, its a hit or miss for this company, think twice before buying from them. I am beyond annoyed but I have been lucky in that it was only around £24 I have lost, but I will NOT be shopping there again! No way!
