Big on local service - makes all the difference
When I ordered from BTV I had no idea I was talking with what used to be my local friendly electrical dealer. Behind the scenes, everything has changed - but this is still the friendly, can't do enough to help service I used to enjoy before......just bigger and on the web. Brilliant!

The first port of call for news about the Fylde. I'd like to see more investigation and in-depth exposes of local Gov issues that need to be questioned (such as http://bit.ly/rn4e6b), and more business/education focus, but it's a good read.
