Thank you for your feedback. We can confirm that all our products are 100% genuine and are sourced from official, vetted suppliers. Perfume is an alcohol-based product and so can be sensitive to storage conditions such as heat and light and therefore it is more likely that this product was faulty.

If on the rare occasion, our customers do receive a faulty product, we ask for them to contact us and we will resolve this for them immediately.
