After going through all the steps of payment ,clearance and even after giving an Order NO.and delivery details I was told the Payment didn't go through,which was a pain I had to do everything all over again.Mrs.T.

We were very surprised to hear that your payment did not appear to go through after you placed your order. Our website will only provide a reference number and delivery information after the order has been completed, so this warning may have been issued by your browser if you placed the 'Back' button during the order process.

After our email conversation yesterday, I can confirm that the second order you placed has now been cancelled and refunded. Should you have any further queries then please do feel free to contact me.
