I chose Virgin for my mobile because they offer a monthly pay as yoou go tarrif. All went well until my phone died on me. The first time it took 80 minutes on the phone to get anywhere, answering the same questions fourteen times to different people, but only three days for the service-centre to sort out. Now the replacement has died; the staff at the shop were brilliant (thanks Exeter) but it's now a week later and I'm still waiting for a decision on what the technical boys are going to do!!
Excellent website whch was easy to negotiate and gave me a good feeling about the approaching appointment. However, when I got to the depot, it was nearly twenty minutes after I had booked in before I was told that my tyres had not arrived.
This despite the company having ten days to process the order. I have now rebooked for two weeks time (another 80 mile round-trip)
