We moved all three company handsets from Orange personal contracts to a vodafone one net business tariff. Since then our bills have gone up by about 60%.
Reception is considerably poorer, customer service is terrible, so far I estimate we have wasted 30 hours + on the phone trying to get issues resolved with no real progress, just a token £100 refund for 3 weeks of no reception for two of the handsets.
They miss billed us over £800 which took over a week to get refunded and many more phone calls.
We can't wait to leave the service and find a company that actually cares about it's customers.
To date we have yet to receive an apology from the company. If we operated the same way we would be out of business!
