Muglamania Mugs
15 days from payment taken to delivery & had to chase up delivery
Unacceptable to take payment and not send the products from the warehouse for 13 days - and only send them after we had contacted them to ask where the mugs were. Then 2 days to delivery meant we waited over a fortnight. Mugs were Dunoon and just as we expected.

Delivery was fast
Would have ordered a lighter colour had I known the fleece side was the dark brown side as I have a blond dog. I thought the lighter side was the fleece. Perhaps this could be listed on the site. Dog loves though!
