I was initially wary of them having suffered the cheap components, shoddy build and appalling after sales service of the both the small local comanies and the biggies, like Mesh & Dell. The first thing I did after receiving it was to open it up and look inside. Very impressed!
Two computers later I am still impressed. Any problems I have had ( and I am pleased to report that over the years there have been very few) have been dealt with instantly. My second is now nearly four years old, still going well, but I want NEW - and yes, I will definitely be going back to them.
paid on 15th for three day delivery. tracking information on 19th said 'hub via sorter'. Didnt mean anything to me. Phone lines are premium rate and gave up after 20mins.
so emailed to ask A.. what that description meant and B. when could I expect delivery. The reply I got ? - Give it a few more days!!!

I had two customer service (now that is a laugh!) representatives telling me completely different stories. One said my item had definitely been despatched, the other one said theyhad no stock, first one said no money had been taken from my account so couldnt give me a refund, the other one said I would have to wait two weeks for possible refund. The only consistant thing about them was 'the customer is always wrong' attitude!
I never thought I would say this, but I am SO glad I paid through paypal as they sorted it out and gave me refund within two days. Have now ordered through good old Amazon
