Ordered in Nov, surprise surprise still not here >_<, getting bored of waiting now and contemplating going out to another company and buying one there because i doubt this will come before christmas 2012.
This is the second email that i have sent to them, first was ignored, obviously they value customer service.
Needless to say i wont be recommending this company to anyone or buying the matching dog bed because ill be waiting till christmas 2013 for that !
Recieved a phonecall today telling me that the bean bag i have ordered should be with me by march 8th 2012, this was after my post on trustpilot !
Lets see if it happens tho !!!
UPDATE !! 17/03/12
Still no beanbag and now the order has been cancelled but im STILL waiting on a refund for both the beanbag and the postage. The service from both infurn and groupon has been rubbish when i phoned groupon whoever was in there call center had problems with my accent (im scouse love, im not speaking swahili !) This whole fiasco has put me off using groupon as a company.
Watch this space lets see IF i get a refund no messing about !
