Cult Pens
Excellent service and delivery with competitively priced products
I found the Cult Pens website through a Google search because it is difficult to find Parker red ball point refills, only the red roller ball refills appear to be stocked. The website showed they were stocked and also showed a considerable reduction in price so I bought not only the red refills but also black and blue. When black and blue Parker refills were out of stock I was recommended an alternative make that is a perfect substitute. And, when the refills came, it was with a gratis pen included for good measure.
The website shows a huge scope of pens within a wide price range and would be ideal for buying presents and suchlike. Definitely I'll use it in the future and have already recommended it to my brother. Overall, a most satisfying experience with an organisation that clearly takes customer satisfaction seriously.

Delightful and most willingly helpful carriers who were determined to minimise any problems for me and respected where they placed the packaging! Also offered to open everything for me, although this was not required.
