APPALLING customer service

Ordered an item two months ago, which was cancelled by Zavvi.com. I was told my card had not been charged however came back from holiday and money had been taken out of my account. 4 phone calls and 5 emails over two months and I STILL have not had the money refunded back to me.

The network itself has decent coverage, although the 3G signal is not as good in certain areas as other networks. I found customer services were quite unhelpful when experiencing problems tethering on my iphone

Great protein, poor delivery

Myprotein offers good quality protein at a hugely competitive price - It is a pity that their free delivery catered for by Yodel is absolutely APPALLING. My last four orders have been delivered by this company and even though the instructions were to leave the box at the reception to my flat complex if I am not in, every single time the delivery company has just left the boxes outside. If it were not for this, Myprotein would be getting 5 stars!
