Avoid!

I ordered a 'brand new' xbox 360 slim 350gb from thehut.com but when it arrived it turned out to be a second hand console with the headset missing and containing the manuals for the plug and play controller which wasnt even included! Box it came in even had marks where you could see the seal had been broken previously, the company did not reply to messages sent via the website itself and so i had to phone up just to be able to return the obviously faulty product.
Oh, and the console didnt work straight from the box either!
