Ordered a product before Xmas, when it eventually arrived it was the wrong item. Have tried to contact QS continuously, the staff are generally uninterested or at best, rude - as if this was bad enough, the situation is made worse by the fact their support team are not contactable by phone.
Several emails later, with no return to me at all I have finally decided to contact my credit card company to try and claim my money back!
Look elsewhere, have ordered from lots of different companys and have never had poor service like this.
