Prompt Delivery
Got a good price for the Panasonic LX3, and was delivered the next day - very efficient service. So far not had to contact customer services so can't comment on that important aspect. However the stock is from the UK distributor so any fault in the first 12 months the camera is covered by the Manufacturer's guarantee. After 12 months it is covered by BuyACamera.

Fast, cheap, communication could be better
Ordered a Panasonic FX500, delivered quickly and in good condition. However the camera developed a fault just after the 12 month warranty expired. Followed the returns procedure and received a RAN, however no other communication for over 2 months until the camera was finally redelivered repaired, with a terse note. So can't really complain, but I had just about given up on ever seeing the camera again. Could not get through on the sales line, and all emails to the returns department never got replies. In summary: Cheap and will honour 2 year Guarantee, but a bit stressful!
