Good service - more delivery info would be be better

Found my oven part easily on the website and ordered. I did email to ask their delivery times eg 2 -5 days as I could not locate this info on the website nor was the delivery method easily located eg royal mail or courier. I did not receive an answer to my email but a day later had an automatice dispatch notice. Item arrived by royal mail and was extremely well packaged to protect the order. I was concerned after reading the bad reviews and did hope I did not have to make a return as this seems to be the area people have complained about. The item was as described. I think the delivery info could be better displayed on the website so you have an idea how long you will be waiting.
