They've a good and regularly updated range on sale, the prices are fair and the delivery options good. The site's easy to use ... what else is there to say?

The current web site isn't as easy to use as the previous one - some strange behaviours as you try and search - and I can't see the point of displaying products that are out of stock. Those points aside, if they have what you want then they're reliable to deal with.

Have used them before and woujld use them again
I have used them before and woujld use them again. HOWEVER, for some stupid reason, this time around the Windows licence sticker was placed on the bottom of the case. This is totally thoughtless - you try activating Windows (when you need to read the number off the licence sticker) when the machine is on.
