Excellent communications makes online shopping a great experience
I shop online a lot, but not usually for food. Healthy Supplies stocks some items that are harder to find on the high street, which is why I bought from them. Their communications were very good, with a real person rather than an automated reply (unless they've got some really excellent technology that mimics people - spooky!). I would recommend them, and I will certainly be buying again.

It should be possible to put a negative rating, because that is what this outfit deserves! Why oh why oh why didn't I check these reviews before purchasing from tacklepets?
Like many others I placed an order (for 25kg of nuts) just after Xmas, and of course nothing has been delivered although the payment (£39.99) was taken immediately.
No response to emails, nobody answers the phone.
My bank is now working to get my money back.
Do not buy from this company - they ought to be closed down, but then again, if this is how they want to do business, I expect they won't be in business for much longer.
