Ordered some Ugg boots (£195) at the end of November received them quickly with no problems and seemed a decent company. However after sending them back due to being too small on 2 December 2011 I am still waiting for my refund after being sent an email confirming that they had the boots back and would refund me within 14 days.
It is now 20 January 2012 and I still have no refund! I have emailed them and have got no reply, the website is still down and when you try ringing them you just get an automated voicemail machine.
Find this all very suspisious, maybe the company has gone bust? Either way it is very poor service and unfair that this company have got our money.
I have now contacted my credit card company who are sending me out a form and are going to reimburse my account immediately. Luckily I have still have the confirmation email of my returned goods as proof to my credit card company which they require as evidence. Now they are taking the matter up themselves and will chase Yogoego for the money back.
I suggest everyone else contacts their credit card companies too as there looks little hope of getting a refund ourselves from this company. IF the Yogoego web site comes back up and running which I highly doubt it will anyway, my advice is DON'T use them!
