Ordered a cycle jersey in honour of Olympics but:
a. Felt my cycling did not deserve the ADIDAS official jersey
b. Did not want to pay the full price.
Liked the look of the one on cycle clothing, made order, email send it will be with me in 5 days, arrived the day after the dispatch email.
Really happy with it.
I could write a book on how bad this is. In short they suspended my account for an admin mistake they made over 6 months previously. Took several weeks, many phone calls, no reply to emails and broken promises from half a dozen advisors before account reinstated. I have not used eBay since my account was reinstated even though an arrogant customer service manager told me "I only complained as deep down I want to use eBay"
To cap it all they only accept written letters of complaint to an address in Luxembourg. This is a company who only exists online who cannot accept complaints by email, are they having a laugh?!
