Tried to register online mid Nov 2012 but system crashed. I rang customer services and they set an account up for me and orderedy goods. What CS didn't do was set the account up properly and I have not been able to log into my account since. I have now made 21 phone calls to CS and as of today 17th Jan 2013 the problem hasn't been fixed. I have been promises a call back on no fewer that 12 occasions and only once have I received a call. I have asked to cancel my account and they have even been unable to do this!!!
