Not Happy
when the specs arrived I was delighted with the style and look of the specs, but when I put them on the varifocal lenses were impossible to see through. After a few emails I discovered that the prescription had been made up wrongly even though I had sent my prescription through by fax. After the mistake was discovered I returned the specs with another copy of my script at my own cost. The specs with the new lenses arrived but unfortunately I still cannot use them as the short focus still seems to be incorrect as I can't read with them or do close work. Maybe I should have stayed with single vision lenses!
