Called AVF group as the tv wall mount did not fit my Samsung TV. They said ' No problem will get the correct brackets in the post'. new brackets came the next morning - Great except it was the wrong bits, called back, many apologies made, due to human error.....correct items sent again and all ok!
Yes they made a mistake, but don't we all - and its how a company acts when they have that shows their true ethos.
Messed up and put my old address down (actually it was PayPal 's fault!). Called them next business day chap I spoke to said it was ready to be posted that day to my old address - I had visions of trying to pick up my glasses from there or worse still the post office. No problem he said and went to the packaging area, dug out my parcel corrected the address and they came the next day. Top service!!
I have always found Dyson products to be great, not the cheapest but good quality and covered by a guarantee that I feel I can trust. Staff at the uk call centre are polite & knowledgable. They even called me to confirm the correct serial number after I sent in a registration card. Only took a second but not many other companies would bother.

Great communication. They always try to do what the say they will do and if they cannot they tell you... can't really ask for more!

Ignored all communication, knife did arrive 20 days after ordering, but I had ordered the same one from the states As I thought i had lost my money.. Cost half the price and came within 10 days at christmas!
Returned the BKCG knife immediatly Recorded delivery and just had it returned to me as it was not picked up from the Post office.
If you do not want to conduct your business in the manner you present yourself online then why bother?
Communication is key and courtesy costs nothing!
