Furniture Buyer

Will I Get a replacement.

Bought a Madison bedstead. They took the money immediately. No confirmation of receipt of order as in website so I called was told I would get the item in the next couple of days. It arrived so I thought I am the lucky one with all the bad reviews. But guess what it's damaged. Emails are returned, The telephone numbers don't work and the website has disappeared. I can't believe I have been so stupid!!!! Rang Bentley designs who manufactured and delivered the bed and explained the situation and stated all I need is a replacement head end. They told me to contact furniture buyer. I said I can't as their phone numbers and mail don't work. They gave me new numbers they don't work either. They weren't very helpful either!! Mailed the new email address got a quick response asking for various codes. I immediately responded asking what they meant and have heard nothing. I have friends arriving from Australia and no where for them to sleep. And neither Bentley designs or furniture buyer seem interested. I have raised a dispute with my credit card as don't think I will get a replacement or refund based on the reviews or the fact they have no contact numbers or website.

They need to sort out their network

I have an IPhone and had all versions now on iPhone 4s. On all of them I can only receive a intermittent signal with 02. I can receive messages but when I try to reply I get no service. If I pick up a call I get cut off as there is no signal.
It the same at home. I live and work in Liverpool and my friends on different networks with the same phone get a full signal it's so frustrating.

Why have I ordered more furniture from them following the first occasion. The first time I waited 6 months for the furniture to be delivered and when it came it was damaged. I was offered £40 compensation.
This time I ordered online and I have emailed them twice asking for an expected delivery date date. I have not had a response.
Why are they so crap???

They advertised a a braun electric tooth roots for £58 but when I went to the check it mysteriously went up to £125. Contacted them for explanation and as yet no response.

Bought a mattress which was faulty it took months of calls and letters to get any response. Finally after contacting the furniture ombudsmen(which apparently they are a member of!) I got them to replace it. I was give 30 days (cheek!) to choose a new one from the same manufacturer which meant a further £250 to get one that wasn't the same shoddy effort that they sold to me.
Please never shop there all the reviews I have read are appalling. Apparently even if you take them to court you still won't get your money back.
