I used the web-based enquiry form late one evening to ask about stock levels of an item. I received an answer early the next morning. This made me feel confident immediately about the level of customer service I was likely to receive as so often you ask a question of a retailer and never hear. I made the order and was informed it had been dispatched later that day. I continued to receive personal emails thanking me for my order so I would have to say StoneAudio is one of the better online shopping experiences that I have had. I would recommend them and use them again. Customer service is high on StoneAudio's agenda.
