Items are as described by the manufacturer, so do your research before buying. Not all touch screen pens work with an iPhone as I found out to my cost.

Sorry you were misled there - the description did say it should work with all touchscreens, but it dated back to a time when that was true! We'll update the description shortly to make it clear what screens it will (and won't) work with. We've refunded the cost of the stylus back to your card - no need to return it.
There's a list of the styluses we have which do work with with iPhone 'capacitive' touchscreens here:

Unfortunately, none of them are available as refills to use in standard multipens.
