Waited in all day for a delivery only to check the status in the evening to say it was delivered with the status "ASSUMED DELIVER" which is far from reassuring. No sign of the parcel and no card.
This was marked down with the delivery time of 10am yet the online tracking didn't update with this until the evening as I was checking throughout the day.
Was given a stupidly long delivery window of 7am-9pm yet their phone lines close at 1pm on Saturday. The company I ordered from tried to put me through but I ended up getting cut off as I needed the 8 digit number from my card that wasn't left and the automated system won't let you through without it.
This parcel was ordered from Virgin Media/Mobile who used to use [Link] - as long as they continue to use Yodel I'll go elsewhere.
Ordered a product and upgraded to premium delivery. I called 2 days before delivery as I hadn't received a tracking number or any confirmation from Laskys (site is pretty poor for order tracking) but assured that it will be here on time.
Day of delivery turns up and it hadn't been sent out. Customer services didn't care, no apology just that they'd send it out for another day... not good enough after a wasted day.
Have gone elsewhere and will not use retailer in future.
