Placing the order was easy and the items supplied were good quality and well packaged. Unfortunately, the couriers first damaged one item, failed to let anyone know that they had failed to deliver it, then misdirected its replacement, so that it finally arrived six days later than expected. To IronmongeryDirect's credit, the telephone helpdesk was staffed 7 days a week and they were very helpful when things went wrong with the delivery.
