The customer service is non existent, the staff are rude, ignorant and have idea what they are doing or talking about. How this company is able to operate is beyond me. All the blame cannot lye with the staff after all they are just chavs, trying to save money to get their next hoodie, more make up or stay in the tanning booth for longer. Its the company and managers who should bear the brunt of the blame. Even if something was free I would not get it from JJB. Buy something from them at your own peril

Placed an order for a laptop after ringing them and being advsied that since im collecting from the warehouse it should be about 2 hours as the laptop is in stock. After numerous phone calls and being told each time it will be here the next day, 5 working days later the laptop still hasnt arrived at the warehouse, where it was already meant to be be. The customer service is probaly the worst i have experienced from any company. Regardless of price i will never recommend this company to anyone.
