Paid for service 48. was informed that the parcel would be collected Thursday 0800-2100, had someone wait in all day - not even a phone call to let me know where the van was. I checked the site and it said that the parcel was in transit - not possible as it had not even been collected, what a waste of 13Hrs. I have emailed them but needless to say they have not had the manners to contact me.
Details from site below, note that the van was out of time at 1903 Hrs WHAT happened to the 2100 Hrs?? Mind you it is 10 miles from Exeter which I could have walked backwards to collect in the two hours left!!!
What a waste of time firm and will not be using them again - bunch of useless time wasters !!

What are wrong with these cowboys??? Spent nearly all yesterday chasing up the pick up and eventually got an email from a Customer Services TEAM LEADER (WOW!) now we are cooking as surely this person could get the ball rolling ? Nah don't think so because she just went home for the weekend and I heard no more apart from an update on the tracking site which read:

How do these idiots stay in business beggars belief! Out of time - how does that work?? They only have to travel 20 miles from Heathfield and if the so called van cannot make it to my home in 48 Hrs then they need to employ better drivers, Total rubbish this firm with low moral fibre !!!

contacted Interparcel yesterday several times and they say "We have severely chastised YODEL and told them that their service is not acceptable and must collect my parcel immediately !!" IN MY DREAMS, They have done diddly squat and the parcel remains at the pick up address. I have received several insincere "Very sorry's" which unfortunately does not satisfy my customers. They have clearly broken the contract and I will be reporting the matter to Trading Standards and claiming compensation. This firm is as much good as a lump of lead to a drowning man !! Oh by the way they cannot even afford to pick up the phone and make a courtesy call (probably too embarrassed, if the truth were known)
Booked through Interparcel and told collection would be between 0800-2100. Nobody turned up and no one had the common courtesy to call and explain 13 Hrs wasted !!!! I checked on the progress on the Interparcel site which said that the parcel was in transit !!! How could this be when it had not even been picked up ???? What a bunch of cowboys and will not be dealing with them again !! Oh incidentally I checked the site this morning and it said that the van was out of time at 1905 Hrs - What happened to 2100 Hrs Plonkas ! have emailed Yodel and interparcel needless to say no response !!

Good initial response when ordering, but when contacted for advice/help there is a pregnant pause (still not heard anything - has been nearly a week), although they have confirmed that my email has been received. Bit disappointed really.
