I am a cloud hosting customer of CWCS, and have been for around 18 months. I opted for the Platinum support option along with a Barracuda email filter and I have to say that the whole solution is working out really well for me and my customers.
Sites are just as fast to load as they were on my previous dedicated server (which had been hosted with another provider) and thanks to the Barracuda email filter I'm now getting a fraction of the support requests from my customers about problems with email SPAM, compared to before.
I find that the support team at CWCS are extremely helpful, friendly and quick to come back to you. As a Platinum support customer it's also nice to know that backups and software updates are taken care of for you and that you have some time each month with engineers to work on more technical things, like custom PHP builds.
There have been a couple of outages during the time I've been with CWCS but recent improvements and upgrades in their cloud platform seem to have done the trick.
Overall I would say that my experience with CWCS has been positive and I would definitely recommend them to others.
