Slow and full of lies
I will make this quick. Something which was 'in stock' has taken 7 days and it still hasn't arrived. They don't reply to emails. Genuinely unreliable. They speak as though they are the bees knees. Avoid like the plague. You have been warned!

Absolutely Phenomenal Service!!!
I ordered a Hudson Reed Grove Furniture Pack from Bathshop321. First of all, they managed to price match and BEAT a competitor (thanks Martin!).
The items came straight from the manufacturer, but unfortunately, the items had defects (no fault of Bathshop321).
I phoned Bathshop321 and spoke to Steve who gave me service which can only be described as premier league. He arranged for a replacement straight away and even supplied his personal mobile number.
These guys excel in customer service and I seriously think a lot of online retailers could learn a thing or two from them.
