AS FOR RECEIVING ORDERS THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD, HOWEVER ORDERED SOMETHING THAT THEN CAME IN 10 DAYS..SO HOLD OFF THERE...THERE SEEMS TO BE NO PROBLEMS GETTING YOUR ITEMS..HOWEVER WHEN IT COMES TO REFUNDING,,THERE DOES SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM.
i ORIGINALLY SENT 2 ITEMS BACK ON THE AND RECEIVED AN EMAIL FOR BOTH OF RECEIPT OF RETURN WHICH i SENT BACK ON THE 6TH jANUARY AND RECEIVED THE EMAIL ON THE 9TH..I THOUGHT NO MORE OF IT AS IT STATED REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 14 DAYS....
i THEN SENT 2 MORE ITEMS BACK ON THE 9TH JANUARY TO WHERE I TRACKED THE ITEM AND IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED ON THE 10TH JANUARY...HOWEVER RECEIVED NO EMAIL TO SAY OF RECEIPT OF RETURN...I EMAILED THEM..SAYING THEY WOULD PASS IT ONTO THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT AND TAKE A FEW DAYS..AFTER A FEW DAYS I EMAILED THEM AGAIN CONCERING ALL MY 4 ITEMS TOTALLING UPTO £389.47
YET AGAIN i DID GET A RESPONSE AND IT WAS THE SAME RESPONSE AS BEFORE.....I ORDERED SOMETHING ELSE FROM ANOTHER ONLINE COMPANY AND AS SOON AS THEY RECEIVED IT BACK REFUNDED STRAIGHT AWAY, AND i KNOW SPOILED BRAT CAN TAKE UPTO 14 DAYS, HOWEVER THEY ARE RELIABLE.
CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ANY ADVISE..AND HAS ANYTHING WORKED FOR ANYONE?
TRIED VISITING THE SITE AND IT KEEPS SAYING UNDER MAINTENANCE..SAID THAT FOR OVER A WEEK NOW.
