They charge a fee to pre-reserve seats?

This is the only airline I have ever seen that actually charges you a fee to pre-reserve seats. I have contacted their Customer Service twice and certainly hope they will do the right thing. Additionally their website clearly indicates the following statement:
"PRICES ARE ROUND TRIP, AND INCLUDE ALL TAXES, FEES AND CHARGES.WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU PAY" - well this is clearly not the case! Giving them a chance to rectify this as well discontinue this unethical practice. How petty.
