I bought tickets online for my sister. It was small misunderstanding, because my name appeared on ticket, driver asked proof of name on ticket and she didn't have. So they called me and problem was sorted.
I read all these coments, and been so affraid, that woun't get my parcel. But I received it as scheduled. Very happy with them.
I called them to pick up item for return, and after 2 hours driver pick it up. Exellent service. Great communication. Quick respond.
Exellent service!!! No problems with return (size didn't fit). Good comunication via email. Prompt refund. Ordered same product just bigger size, few days and I got it! Love them!

I was buying from NEXT online just because of the next day delivery. For my parcel been waitting 10 working days, fault of courier.
Other two my parcels been lost from H&M and SPIRIT OF NATURE.
It's so shame, that so good brands will loose their online customers, just because saving money on better service courier.
