Appalling customer service

Not worth 1 star. Cost me 110 GBP.I made an error booking a flight on Saturday evening. I spotted it well within the 24 hour limit for corrections, but as their office was closed Sunday afternoon, they would not correct it. Not only that no supervisor from their callcentre would even talk to me. I was given not help, and was not even allowed to use the return leg of the ticket,as I could not use the outbound leg. A dreadful company to deal with . Never again!
