Ultimate Appliances must be the worst internet based company I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. They delivered the item late, to the wrong address and when re-scheduled, I travelled 300 miles to receive the item, which they were fully aware of and THEY then decided they would not deliver at all. It is now some 6 weeks and I am still waiting for a refund. This matter has now been placed into the hands of my solicitor and Trading Standards. I have now been contacted my numerous other Ultimate Appliance customers who all have similar stories to tell. BBC Rogue Traders have now taken up this case - to date I have been contacted by no less than 18 dissatisfied customers who have lodged formal complaints against [name removed] the Managing Director of Ultimate Appliances. If anyone else has similarly suffered, please dont hesitate to get in contact with me. Subsequent to my post I have received a threat of legal action by the Managing Director of this company in which he has attempted to intimidate me into silence. I will not be silenced. The facts are irrefutable. Anyone wishing to purchase from this retailer, should contact all of those customers who's reviews have been removed - contact Trust Pilot to ask for the List. The majority of them will be willing to share their experiences which have been extremely negative. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ended up buying from John Lewis who were exceptional and I would never hesitate to use them in the future
