As the online Customer Service Ambassador for Adorama Camera since December 2007, I act as an Independent Advocate on behalf of Adorama customers, representing Adorama's presence on social network sites and newsgroups, Photography Blogs and Forums across the globe.
Well-known and respected by the online photographic community, I respond to Internet postings which refer to Adorama, providing a rapid response for customers seeking advice and / or support in relation to their purchases - investigating and resolving complaints and concerns that posters have been unable to address through regular customer service channels.
Qualified as a Social Worker in Mental Health, and an expert in Online Reputation Management, I have a diverse background in Law, Journalism and Marketing, and have acted as an Expert Witness in the fields of Workplace Stress and Bullying.
It’s important for me to be able to spend whatever time is necessary to resolve each individual customer's difficulties; working to understand the root causes of any problem and doing whatever I can to prevent it from being repeated.
I alert the Senior Management Team to customer feedback concerning company policies - with recommendations for change, and provide a rapid response for customers seeking advice and / or support in relation to their purchases.

Adorama Camera Customer Service Ambassador
