All delivery companies have their problems. They all fail to deliver packages from time to time, but some are much much worse than others (Parcel Force / City Link). DPD are getting there with their driver tracking and 1-hour delivery window. Yes, they are still going to mess up from time to time, but they are miles ahead of the rest and should be commended for making the effort to improve their technologies and deal with sloppy drivers through GPS tracking and other methods.
I am overall very impressed with their service and other people should rate them on making an effort to improve beyond the lazy services of other companies.
When I signed up to Vodafone (business contract with 7 handsets) I specifically asked how the insurance policy worked. O2 have a next-day exchange policy and I asked Vodafone if they had the same. I was told that they did.
One of the handsets now has a broken screen and Vodafone have told me that I need to the take the handset into the store (which is about half a day's round trip) and the handset will be repaired in 3-5 days.
In short, Vodafone are a bunch of liars. I shall be moving away at the end of the contract period.

Dominos... I have asked for you to remove my mobile phone number from your spam list several times, yet I still keep receiving texts. I get texts from Dominos stores that are 100 miles from where I live. Which is odd, because they are places I've visited but have never ordered pizza. One of the stores that texts me is in a city which I have driven past but have never visited or been within 50 miles of. Where are you getting your information from Dominos? I'm getting suspicious.
They look like a UK company, but are based in Hong Kong. The goods they sell are grey imports, which means they are not covered by a UK warranty. On trying to return the goods, it took me several months to get my money back.
Spend the little bit extra and get your stuff from a reputable company.
I don't mind budget airlines - you get what you pay for and that's fine. I don't always need in-flight meals and comfort. Sometimes all you want is to get to your destination. But Easyjet comes with rude staff who seem to treat passengers with contempt. Paying for priority boarding got me on to the boarding bus first and last onto the plane. When boarding the plane I got grabbed by one of the cabin crew because whilst he was on the phone to a colleague and laughing, he didn't see me waving my boarding card as I walked past him. He scowled at me and said : "You can't just walk past me".
I can't believe I'm saying this but Ryanair are much better.
