Easy to use on-line Portal - Does exactly what they say when they say !
Always available on the Phone, the Portal is easy to use, with care to get it right first time. Transfer instructions easy to follow and transfers conducted as and when expected. Not sure how HIFX gets the Banks to perform in this way, but good to see they can. Will use again with larger transfers in the future. Well done - good to find someone in this World able to do what they say - a rare commodity in itself !
